English Literature Admissions Test Packages (ELAT)
The English Literature Admissions Test is taken by applicants to Oxford and Cambridge applying to English Literature and its joint courses. These courses use the ELAT to deselect applicants from interview, so strong preparation is critical.
The ELAT tests a student’s close reading skills, and their ability to shape a well-written argument in response to unfamiliar literary material.
Improve your chances of performing well in the ELAT by practicing these skills.
