Zoe graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford in 2010, and worked with a team of other recent Oxford graduates to set up Oxbridge Interviews the same year. Whilst remaining a non-executive Director of the organisation, she went on to develop a career in strategic communications, and in social finance, working for Nobel Peace Prize winner Professor Muhammad Yunus. Zoe returned to Oxbridge Interviews full-time in December 2016, and has been serving as Executive Director since. Zoe is passionate about supporting all young people to fulfil their potential. Outside of Oxbridge Interviews, she is a Trustee for Seenaryo - using the power of arts education to support young Syrian and Palestinian refugees in Lebanon; and The Advocacy Academy - training young people in South London to develop as political campaigners. She also heads the Oxbridge Interviews’ social enterprise, OxFizz, reinvesting our profits into educational programmes in the UK.
