Oriental Languages Aptitude Test Packages (OLAT)

The Oriental Languages Aptitude Test is taken by applicants to Oxford applying to Oriental Studies and its joint courses. Most of these courses will use the OLAT to deselect applicants from interview, so strong preparation is critical.

The OLAT tests a student’s ability to analyse how languages work, in a way which doesn't depend on their knowledge of any particular language.

Improve your chances of performing well in the OLAT by practicing these skills.
